Hi, I have been a supervisor/trainer in VIG and VERP for over 20 years. I have developed and led several large VIG and VERP projects including Children 1st, Aberlour, Barnardo’s Scotland, Residential Services for Young People plus two Local Authorities.
I am a published author on VIG and VERP and I have supervised and accredited projects across professions including clinical psychology, social work, education, and medical professionals, across the UK. As a registered social worker and practice tutor I am confident in the areas of adult and child protection. My commitment to delivering VIG and VERP stems from the positive and often remarkable changes it can bring about for children, families, and staff.
