Penny is a member of SeeChange a group of independent trainers ( was a Senior Educational Psychologist, Dundee VIG Network Co-ordinator and founder member of the VERoC Centre at the University of Dundee. She has co-authored two chapters in 'Video Interaction Guidance' (Jessica Kinglsey 2011) on VIG in education and with autism.
Penny also has extensive experience of multi-agency working and of working with families. Her research focus has been adult learning , autism and family interventions. She has over 20 years experience in VIG including Video Enhanced Reflective Practice (VERP) and Video Feedforward.
